In the larger of the two leases, Utica National has taken 11,800 sf on the second floor, where it will relocate its regional claims office from another location in Cranbury. Walter Schoenberg of Cushman & Wakefield of NJ represented the tenant.

In the second transaction, St. Paul Fire & Marine is relocating to just under 5,650 sf at Building 200 from its existing office in Edison, NJ. Stephen Rich of Equis Corp., Boston, spoke for the tenant in the transaction.

The two firms join a tenant roster that includes Infragistics, Commonwealth Business Media, Maximus and Bala Consulting Engineers.
