FelCor Lodging Trust is keeping its Las Colinas national headquarters intact in a 21,232-sf office at Texas Commerce Tower, a 20-story building with 369,000 sf. FelCor has been a tenant in the Equity Office Properties Trust-owned building since 1996.

FelCor employs more than 60 people at its headquarters, selected for its proximity to the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, North Dallas and the CBD. Taylor Boyd of Adler Properties represented FelCor in the long-term lease negotiations. Equity Office used in-house representative Michael Dudley to broker the deal.

In Richardson, Automated Collection Technologies signed for 10,590 sf at Palisades Central I, owned by Crescent Real Estate Funding VIII LP. The lease is one of four class A deals, two previously reported, that shored up nearly 34,000 sf signed at Crescent's metroplex properties in recent weeks. Crescent's Bill Rudd brokered the deal for Palisades Central, a 10-story, 180,593-sf building that's now 95% leased.

Crescent's flagship property in Uptown roped a 1,576-sf tenant, TechStratEX LP. Mike Silliman of Crescent negotiated the deal for the Crescent, an 18-story, 1.1-million sf office building that's now 99.8% occupied.
