The project is a multi-tenant, three-building industrial complex with 258,769 sf for its new location. Consolidated Electrical is heading into a 72,226-sf structure in the complex.

Jeff Conrad, Stein Koss and Rick Lee, all of Phoenix-based Lee & Associates Arizona brokers, represented the Los Angeles, CA-based property owner, EJM Development in the transaction. Drew Gebler of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services in Phoenix handled talks for the tenant's side of the deal.

The Southwest Phoenix industrial park is well positioned in one of the metro area's key distribution and trucking corridors, thanks to its easy access to Interstate 10. That, Conrad tells GlobeSt.com, played a critical role in Consolidated Electrical's site selection decision. It also is one of the most affordable industrial sectors, says Conrad.
