The county will take space in Buildings One and Two of the 460,000-sf office complex owned by Cupertino, Calif.-based Sobrato Cos. Staubach Commercial Real Estate brokers Craig McGahey, Robin Eve-Jasper and Nate Bray represented the county.
"Working on behalf of the County's Board of Supervisors, Staubach was able to secure the existing space at significantly discounted values relative to market conditions, including substantial above standard tenant improvements and existing furniture and cabling," says McGahey.
