"The three parcels are some of the few remaining opportunities for custom building development in the area," according to Friedland, whose firm has offices in Hasbrouck Heights and Edison, NJ. "They can be developed for such uses as warehouse/distribution, pick and pack, light manufacturing, R&D and offices. They are available individually or can be packaged to create a campus setting for corporations or a small portfolio for investors."
The parcels, located not far from Giants Stadium, bridges and tunnels to Manhattan and several major highways, "are particularly optimal for businesses with specific floor and ceiling requirements," according to Friedland.
