Jackson, MS-based EastGroup Properties LP is the building owner. Don and Payson MacWilliams, both managing directors with the Phoenix office of Insignia/ESG, represented EastGroup Properties. Century 21 Metro brokered the deal for the tenant. EastGroup Properties owns 12 industrial facilities in metro Phoenix, totaling about 1.5 million sf and three, with a combined 489,000 sf, in Tucson.

In an unrelated lease, Kukulski Brothers Marketing is taking 1,546 sf at Harbor View Business Park, positioned at 2209-2211 W. 1st St. in Tempe. Jeff Conrad and T.J. Swearingen, both of Lee & Associates Arizona in Phoenix, represented the building owner, the Jeter Family Trust, and the tenant in structuring the lease. Kukulski Brothers distributes promotional marketing materials.
