One of the nation's largest insurance and financial services companies, Hartford added 3,304 sf to a 4,375 sf lease and signed a five-year lease deal valued at $520,575. "These are good deals in today's market," says Coby Holly of Insignia/ESG, who represented UBS Realty, the asset management division of Union Bank of Switzerland. "It's certainly a positive sign in a market that has not seen a lot of positive gain."
In another small lease, this one brokered by Insignia's local managing director Dan Swift, Schwabe, Williamson, and Wyatt PC, one of the region's top law firms, leased 3,379 sf of office space at Main Place of Vancouver. The three year deal is valued at $191,529.
