The acreage was purchased from Wolff Cos., represented by David W. Hightower, the firm's executive vice president. "This full-service restaurant will be a welcome addition to the retail users and office tenants coming to First Crossing," he says. David L. Lane, another Wolff Cos. executive vice president, says the area's "booming upscale population demands high-quality retail and service development."

Bruce Fincher, Fincher Development's president, says the site selection was mortared in First Crossing's great visibility and almost 350,000 sf of retail space as well as his confidence in the long-term value of Wolff Cos. developments.

Willie's and its Fajita Willie's brand have nine other locations in Houston. The restaurant will open this year and will follow the established Willie's look of Texas stone exteriors, metal roof, wooden floors and outdoor seating.
