The space became redundant after ConAgra acquired International Home Foods last year, according to Jeffrey Schotz, executive managing director at GVA Williams of NJ, also based here. GVA Williams has the exclusive for the asset, and besides Schotz, the firm's David Simson, James Drummond and John Potter are all involved in the effort.
According to Schotz, who terms the asset the "best available block of space in Morris County," the space is being offered at 25% under current market rentals. The long-term sublease is available through January 2007, and owner Ivy Equities is prepared to offer extensions.
The building offers a number of headquarters-quality amenities, including a full computer room and a 1,500-sf raised-floor data processing center. It also has tennis and basketball courts and other recreational facilities, and conference rooms. The asset is furnished, with the furniture in the building said to be worth almost $1 million.
