The awards recognize excellence in multifamily design, construction, finance, management and marketing. Scottsdale-based Mark-Taylor, Inc. is a finalist for "Multifamily Development Firm of the Year" while Mark-Taylor Residential is in the running for "Property Management Company of the Year."
Matt Perrin, president of Mark-Taylor Residential, says he is "hopeful the judges will recognize that Mark-Taylor's excellence standards mirror their own ideals of superior apartment design, construction and management." Just two years ago, the firm was named builder of the year Multifamily Executive magazine. Mark-Taylor Residential currently manages nearly 6,100 luxury apartments, developed by its development arm in Arizona and New Mexico.
