Levin Management Corp., which manages and leases the retail portion of the Trenton-area property has just signed the discount furnishings chain to that expanded space, according to the firm's leasing rep, Dale Mulartrick. Other major retailers at Capitol Plaza include a Super G supermarket, Forman Mills, Fashion Bug, Ashley Stewart, Fleet Bank, Murry's Steaks and Blockbuster Video.
Levin Management, based in North Plainfield, NJ has a management and leasing portfolio that currently includes 80 properties totaling nearly 10 million sf in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia and North Carolina.
