The Texas restaurateur has restricted the broker from releasing the value of the leases, a common practice in the Lone Star State, but Colliers International broker, Tom Woods did tell GlobeSt.com that both leases, totaling 7,976 sf, each run for 10 years. Souper Salad has selected spots in the Village at Prescott Gateway and Chandler Festival Mall.
The Village at Prescott Gateway, a 154,000-sf power center, is part of the 623,000-sf Prescott Gateway Mall. The Village section of the mall, which Woods describes as the fourth anchor, has a tenant roster that includes Barnes & Noble, Pier 1, Linens 'n' Things and Michaels Arts & Crafts. Woods represented both the property owner, TWC II-Prescott Mall LLC, and Souper Salad.
A 3,900-sf Souper Salad will open on the northeast corner of Chandler Festival Mall, a 540,000-sf power center at the junction of Chandler and Price in the metro Phoenix suburb. Wood also represented both parties for this lease. Chandler Festival's tenants include Nordstrom Rack, Marshall's, Ross Dress for Less and a Loews Theater. San Tan Festival LLC of Phoenix is the property owner.
