Also, officials add Andiamo's has signed a lease to purchase the former Chicago Roadhouse site in the Downtown area, says Romeo Betea, the city's director of economic development.
"The site should be under construction shortly. They hope to open this fall," Betea says.
The former Roadhouse is about 13,000 sf. Andiamo's, a popular high-class Italian eatery, will be adding small additions, Betea notes.
"These new business will boost the entertainment district of the Downtown, and add to the metro-wide draw," he says.
