Hansen, who has worked for Minneapolis-based Dominium for four years and has been in the industry for seven years, had been working as area manager.
Dominium is a privately held multifamily housing company that owns or manages more than 16,000 units across the US. In the past year, Dominium has built or renovated 2,600 units of housing in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Indiana.
Besides is headquarters in Minneapolis, it also has offices in Rochester, MN; Madison, WI; Des Moines, IA; St. Louis, MO; and Miami.
