Altogether, the new tenants will bring some 400 jobs to the complex. LSI, a financial services company, has signed on with 180 employees. Also, Infragistics, a data processing software developer, will add 150; Utica National Insurance Co. of New York, which will move its regional claims office here from nearby Cranbury, will bring 100 positions; and St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance will bring more than 70 staffers.

The new tenants were brought on-board by GMH Capital Partners, the Newtown Square, PA-based company in charge of leasing Windsor Corporate Center for the owners. According to GMH's Peter Corcoran, the latest signings bring the property to the 52% leased mark.
