Stiles Construction Co. of Fort Lauderdale is building the two-story structure with an 80-foot high entry tower at a hard construction cost of $50 per sf. City Furniture will be moving from its showroom at 3831 N. Federal Highway to its new headquarters in September when the construction is expected to be completed.
Architecture 6400, a Stiles Corp. company, designed the structure which will have an 80-foot-high entry tower with two grand staircases in the interior.
