The four-story building was constructed in 1972 and was substantially renovated six years ago. It is currently fully leased to State Street Corp. In a released statement, Scott I. Oran, a principal with Lend Lease and head of the company's Boston office says, "The property was acquired for below replacement cost and boasts a single credit tenant with no near term rollover.
