Global Crossing Signs for 65,590 SF

In the largest transaction, Global Crossing might be having its difficulties, but it's still expanding in New Jersey. The communications company has taken an additional 66,590 sf at Gale's Seven Giralda Farms in Madison, NJ, bringing the building to 100% occupancy. GC now occupies a total of 203,183 sf. Robert Rudin and Snezana Anderson of Insignia/ESG, Saddle Brook, represented GC, while Rick Genthe and Tom Conklin were Gale's in-house leasing reps.

Also, Pace Inc. has renewed its lease for just under 25,000 sf at 35 Waterview Blvd. in Parsippany, NJ. The tenant was represented by John Cunningham of GVA Williams, Parsippany, while Conklin was again Gale in-house rep.

At 4390 Route 1 in Princeton, meanwhile, Orchid BioSciences Inc. has taken just over 21,000 sf, with Gregory Lezynski serving as the in-house representative. Grubb & Ellis spoke for the tenant.

And at 400 Raritan Center in Edison, NJ, Verizon Network Integration Corp. re-upped for 15,709 sf. In this transaction, Equis Corp.'s Peter Yanotta represented Equis, and Greg Lezynski represented Gale.

In other transactions, Sadat Associates, an environmental sciences and engineering consulting firm, has extended for 13,715 sf at 116 Village Blvd. in Princeton; AUL Reinsurance Management took just under 10,000 sf at 5 Independence Way in Princeton (Bill Barish of Commercial Property Network repped the tenant); Computer America Training Centers leased 8,475 sf at 1 Independence Way in Princeton; and JAT Computer Consulting Inc, signed up for 8,342 sf at 440 Route 22 East in Bridgewater, NJ

Finally, smaller leases were signed by Frequency Marketing Inc. at 116-300 Village Blvd. in Princeton; Schneider, Greff & Co. at 6 Becker Farm Rd. in Roseland, NJ; Princeton Equity Partners at 108-110 Stanhope St. in Princeton; Staffing Now Inc. at 125 Village Blvd. in Princeton; and AG Edwards & Sons at 136 Main St. in Princeton. The latter expanded its occupancy to more than 12,600 sf.
