The office buildings--which are linked to the 650-space, six-story parking garage via walkway--are both three-floor facilities and offer 120,000-sf of office space. Already, the buildings are nearly leased to capacity. Upon completion the Center will occupy six acres of land that was once home to the Baltimore Life Insurance Company.

"There's an area in Baltimore City that was an eyesore and now it's being transformed," Michelle Byrnie of Maryland Governor Parris N. Glendening's press office tells GlobeSt.com "It's all in the heart of Baltimore City's cultural district and it's all centered around transit." Maryland gave $6.2 million to the development of the project.
