A privately held company, Enhance develops polymer-based drug delivery systems. The company, which uses the space for office and research and development operations, occupies just under half of the building, with MCI WorldCom Network Services occupying the rest.
Enhance Pharmaceuticals was represented in its site search and the ultimate re-signing for its existing space by Frank Gunsberg of Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, Inc., East Rutherford. Building owner Provident Mutual Life was represented in the negotiations by Legg Mason Real Estate Services.
