Brent Bowles of Greystone Properties handled talks for the building owner, Phoenix-based Chandler Associates. The office-warehouse structure is a 28,214-sf design built in 2000.
In an unrelated transaction, All Seasons Pool & Patio has leased 8,275 sf of industrial space at 6745 S. Harl Ave. in Tempe. The space will be used for a general office and warehouse for pool and spa products. Mark Wilcke of the Phoenix office of NAI Horizon represented the building owner, Prestige Products Corp. Jeff Hays and John Filli, also from NAI Horizon, brokered the deal for the tenant.
