In the largest of the transactions, Matrix Freightways, Inc., a distributor of general merchandise, took 50,000 sf for its warehouse and distribution operations. Also, Integrated Industries, a shipping industry service company, leased 3+ acres and a 15,000-sf building that it will use for storage; S&B Mobel, a truck repair company, leased 7,000 sf; and JUST Trucking leased 5,000 sf to house its transportation service.
