With 15- to 26-foot clear ceilings and 12,000 sf of office space, "it represents an opportunity for companies requiring a combination of office, manufacturing and warehouse space," according to Cantor.

Whitehall, founded by Michael Nachamkin and the Whitehall Street Real Estate Limited Partnership of Goldman Sachs, buys and redevelops industrial properties in the Northeast. Team Resources had earlier sold several properties for Whitehall, including Two Palmer Terrace and 99 Armore Ave. in Carlstadt, NJ and 7 Industrial Dr. in Wood-Ridge, NJ.
