Among his deals last year were the sales of the 388,000-sf First Union Center ($42.75 million); the 310,000-sf NCCI headquarters, Boca Raton, FL ($52.5 million); the 100,000-sf Trafalgar Plaza ($8.63 million); and the 100,000-sf Fountain Square ($14.1 million), both in Tampa.
Luger has been with Advantis since the Georgia brokerage opened the Tampa office April 13, 1999. He previously worked for nine years at CB Commercial Group.
