MDS Pharma Services is one of the world's largest contract research organizations, serving a clientele of pharmaceutical the biotechnology companies. MDS will use its new space for office and clinical research purposes.
The transaction was arranged by George Gemelos, an associate at The Schultz Organization/TCN Worldwide. The Woodbridge, NJ-based Schultz organization is part of the TCN Worldwide network, which has affiliated members across North America, Europe, Latin America and the Pacific Rim. The firm represented the tenant; the terms of the transaction and identity of the property owner were not disclosed.
