The series A cumulative redeemable preferred shares dividend of 54 cents on the company's 8.75% stock represents an annualized dividend of $2.18 per share, according to Colonial's prepared statement.
The series C cumulative redeemable preferred shares dividend of 57 cents on the 9.25% stock equates to an annualized dividend of $2.31 per shares.
Colonial Properties owns/operates 108 multifamily, office and retail assets in the Southeast and Texas.
