DFW Deal Makers Sign Seven for About 36,000 SF

The Easter Seals of Greater Dallas is readying to launch a new outpatient treatment center in 8,803 sf at the Southwest Health Care Facility, located at 4201 Brook Springs Rd. in the Oak Cliff area of Dallas. Bob Acuff of Dallas-based Cawley International brokered the long-term lease for the tenant. David Curran of Kennedy Wilson International's Dallas office represented the building owner.

Property Advisers Realty Inc. in Irving signed Roma Tile Inc. to 7,820 sf and Metroplex Realtors to 1,988 sf at the 81,999-sf Northlake Centre at 3201 W. Pioneer Parkway. Jason Miller of Property Advisers tells GlobeSt.com that build-out is under way and occupancy nears for the five-year tenant. He represented Roma Tile and building owner, Madison Pantego Co-Tenancy, a group of local investors. Metroplex Realtors' owner Dunyell Wright bargained on his own behalf.

Miller also negotiated a 12,558-sf lease for Randol Mill Service Center, acting for the building owner, UVAG Realty LP of Germany and its asset manager, TMW Management LLC of Atlanta. Jim Benson of NAI Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell represented the tenant. The five-year lease took the 96,124-sf structure to full occupancy.

In a two-year lease, Augusta Construction Inc. moved into 1,211 sf in the Ard Building at 102 N. Shiloh Rd. in Garland. Miller handled talks for the tenant and building owner, Wesley and Susie Ard of Garland.

US Alliance Inc., a merchant service provider in North Texas, is heading into 1,690 sf in a long-term signing for an office building at 110 W. Randol Mill Rd. in Arlington. Theron Bryant of SCM Real Estate Services in Arlington brokered the lease for tenant and building owner, Randol Oaks Ltd.

SCM's Gary Walker secured a 1,029-sf lease with Dr. Gary Upton for a business and investment office rather than medical practice at the Mercantile Bank Building in Arlington.
