The insurer is based in Boston. For the renewal transaction, the tenant was represented by Bailes & Associates, while Eastman Management was represented in-house.
Eastmont at Florham Park, located at 83 Hanover Rd., has recently undergone substantial renovations. The work included renovation of the atrium lobby, expanded corridors, and façade, entryway and parking lot improvements.
