Byron Moger, senior vice president, Atlantic Realty Partners, Boca Raton, FL and Marc deBaptiste, the firm's managing director, handled the transaction. The property comprises 22 buildings with two-bedroom and three-bedroom units; a clubhouse and administration office.

Moger tells GlobeSt.com Goldberg is buying the asset at "a good price." He says there is "a lot of interest right now" in Tampa's multifamily market and has "several deals under contract" with potential closings shortly.

In metro Cleveland, OH, Goldberg has developed 500,000 sf of office and retail; 5,000 multifamily units; and 4,000 single-family homes.
