John H. Adams, president and CEO of Coldwell Banker Commercial/Feist & Feist Realty Corp, represented BBS Real Estate. The firm is headquartered in Roseland, NJ and has regional offices in Central New Jersey and in Allentown, PA. Paul Leibowitz of CB Richard Ellis of New York represented the seller, who was not named. The terms of the sale were not disclosed.
