"In moving north, we are moving to where all the action is," says Lucy Billingsley. "We want to be in the middle of all the dynamic growth." The 300-acre business park is, in fact, in one of the high-growth area's and close to Dallas' newest malls.
The International Business Park developer has picked the 103,000-sf 4100 International Parkway for its new offices. Lionel Morrison of Morrison, Seifert Murphy designed the office.
Barbara Houlihan, Billingsley's vice-president of leasing, says the move will put employees closer to their homes, a metroplex trend for about two years. The move, as is obvious, also brings a measure of cost-effectiveness to the operation.
