The public and private sectors will team for a reception at the 12th annual MIPIM property market trade show. The Cannes event attracts more than 220 cities worldwide and some 16,000 participants hailing from the sectors of banking, international investors, real estate portfolio managers and corporations eyeing investments in real estate development opportunities.

Dallas' acting director for international affairs, Helena Stevens, and Harwood CEO Gabriel Barbier-Mueller will be on hand to promote the city as an attractive destination for real estate investment. "I intend to demonstrate all the reasons why Dallas is the perfect site for international trade and corporate relocations," Stevens says in a prepared statement.
