Osborne's new role puts him in an overseer's position of day-to-day operations along with CEOs Roddy O'Neal and Jim Conway. Osborne will continue to perform his legal tasks.

Osborne joined Dallas-based Archon Financial about four years ago. He has more than 20 years' experience in real estate mortgage finance, loan restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency workouts and commercial lending. Prior to joining Archon Financial, Osborne was a partner at the Andrews & Kurth law firm, where he accrued 14 years' experience in the real estate finance arena.

Henry S. Miller Commercial in Dallas hired Pete Richardson, formerly with the Robert Lynn Co. while Property Realty Advisers Inc. in Irving brought Brett French on board for its leasing team.

Irving-based Wyndham International Inc. promoted Chad Goodnough to director of business travel sales and David Mussa to vice president of reservations. The 11-year veteran Goodnough will oversee a team of eight directors assigned to business travel accounts. He previously was a director of national sales for the southeast US. Mussa will oversee and manage the central reservations office and global distribution channel relationships and connectivity. He also will oversee processes and technologies for all Wyndham reservations office and call centers. He previously was a partner engineering manager for GetThere.com, a division of Sabre Inc.

At Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP in Dallas, senior director Mona Keeter Carlton was named to the executive committee of the National Multi Housing Council, headquartered in Washington, DC. She was elected to the position at a recent meeting in Florida. Carlton, in her career, has arranged more than $1 billion in financing for apartment properties.
