Senior associate Alan Feldshue negotiated the deal for owner Clearwater-Garden Tower Operating Associates LP. Colliers Arnold took over the building's leasing and management chores in September 1999 when occupancy was 58%, according to Pat Duffy, the brokerage's president.
Major tenants are Bank of America, U.S. General Services Administration, Selectica and Wakely and Associates. Quoted full-service rents are in the $17 to $19 per-sf range.
