Revelations International, a giftware wholesaler, has leased 15,708 sf at Lone Cactus Commerce Center at 2202 W. Lone Cactus Dr. in Phoenix. Marc Pierce of Phoenix-based Lee & Associates Arizona represented the building owner, Roger Buttrum, and tenant.
Metalworker Shaw Precision Grinding has inked a pact for 4,480 sf at Frye Road Business Park at 6503 Frye Rd. in Chandler. Stein Koss of Lee & Associates handled talks for the tenant while Leroy Breinholt of Commercial Properties represented the building owner, Presson Corp.
Chasm Woodworking signed a lease for 2,306 sf at Weir Business Park at 3837 E. Weir in Phoenix. Koss represented the cabinet manufacturer and Arizona Industrial Properties' Randy Warner brokered the transaction for the building owner.
