Peter Corcoran of the Princeton, NJ office of GMH Capital Partners, represented owner Windsor Limited Partners in the transaction, which carries an aggregate rental of $2.3 million. GMH Capital Partners itself is based in Newtown Square, PA. Peter Dodds, a principal of Keller, Dodds & Woodworth of Princeton, NJ, represented the tenant in the negotiations.
Infragistics has moved its headquarters operations to the first-floor space from another nearby location. About 150 staff positions are involved in the move.
Other major tenants within Windsor Corporate Park include Commonwealth Business Media, Maximus, Utica, St. Paul Insurance and Bala Consulting Engineers.
