The Civic Center redevelopment project consisted of demolishing older buildings, remodeling parts of the existing city hall and improving the downtown area. Approximately 18,000-sf of existing space was remodeled and an additional 63,000-sf was created.

This week, the offices of the city manager, city clerk, city attorney and many others will move into the new Civic Center, after having been working from temporary offices at the city's corporation yard for nearly two years. The Civic Center is owned by the City of Roseville and was designed by Williams + Paddon Architects + Planners Inc.
