Brad Marnitz of the Houston office of NAI Partners Commercial represented Square D in the deal. Brian Gammill of Chicago-based Transwestern Commercial Services' Houston team was the in-house representative for the building owner. The Detroit-based Square D will be located a the 65,760-sf building of the two-structure complex. The tenant roster includes Emerald Builders Design Center, which offices in building one.

Square D develops electrical distribution, industrial control and automation products and systems and services. The parent company, Schneider is a $9.7-billion company. Square D has more than 19 distribution sites in Houston, Deer Park, Conroe and Texas City.
