The fast-track sales effort at the planned 42-story, 332-unit structure has accelerated the project's construction start to year end or sooner. Unit prices start in the $300,000 range.
The pre-sales activity was "based purely on word of mouth," Lamondin says in a prepared statement. "That's definitely a new record" for recent condo sales in South Florida, he says. International Sales Group is marketing the property. Reservations were received from buyers in South Florida, Mexico, Argentina, Venezuela, Colombia and Brazil.
All 332 units will face the ocean and average 1,370 sf of living area, according to Lamondin.
