The additional space was vacant at the time of the signing, GlobeSt.com is told. Woodhaven moved into the well-known Dallas high-rise in August 2000 with a six-year lease. With the signing, Woodhaven will be occupying an entire floor.
Rodney Helm of Jones Lang LaSalle's Dallas office represented the building owner, San Diego-based Shidler Group. David Nunley of DMc Properties in Dallas brokered for the additional space on the tenant's behalf.
In a 4,840-sf lease, startup company Blvedini Ltd. is moving into 3648 Brenner in Dallas. The firm is a DirecTV distributor. Nathan Denton, a broker with Dallas-based Henry S. Miller Commercial spoke for the building owner, Len Broder of Dallas, and Gardner Peavy of Dallas' Trammell Crow Co. bargained for the tenant.
Meanwhile, DirecTV Inc. has renewed a 7,007-sf lease for office space at One McKinney Plaza at 3232 McKinney Ave. in Dallas. Calvin Hull and Tia DeFelice, both of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc.'s Dallas office, represented the tenant. Gaedeke Holdings II Ltd. used in-house broker Michael Haase for its side of the talks.
