The Schultz Organization/TCN Worldwide of Woodbridge, NJ arranged the lease on behalf of A&P. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Several of A&P's smaller, non-core locations have been subleased through Schultz around the state.
In the latest transaction, A&P was represented by Schultz senior associate Steven K. Winters. Fords Shopping Center, located on US Route One, is in close proximity to the Garden State Parkway, as well as to the super-regional Menlo Park Mall.
