A Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. team from Dallas bargained on the tenant's behalf while building owner Equity Office Properties used an in-house representative for the negotiations. The Cushman & Wakefield team consisted of Mike Gosslee, Bob Edge, Matt Heidelbaugh and Mark Boynton.
The new tenant will be relocating from 9800 Fredericksburg Rd. to the city's northwest submarket. Colonnade I is part of a mixed-use development that includes a Wyndham Hotel and 125,000 sf of retail space. The 10-story building, complemented by a three-level parking garage, contains 169,000 sf of rentable office space, with average floor plates of 16,500 sf.
