The Garibaldi Group, based in Chatham, NJ, have the exclusive to market the building, which is located at 19 Chapin Rd. The firm's Peter D. Blanchard, principal, and vice president Joseph McMahon are heading the effort on behalf of Honeywell, which is a long-time Garibaldi client.
Located near I-80, I-287 and Route 46, the facility is surrounded by such corporate names as Maytag, Ricoh, Oahu's and U.S. Mortgage. It offers 21 loading docks, a half-dozen drive-ins and 22-ft. clear ceiling heights.
Blanchard terms the asset "ideal for warehouse users. It has a prime location and is fully equipped."
