Simply Fashions has selected a 6,500-sf spot at Blue Grove Plaza in Lancaster and 3,000 sf at Redbird Hill in South Dallas. John Mathes and Mike Chitwood, both of Dallas-based Weitzman Group's commercial retail division, brokered the long-term leases on the tenant's behalf. The retailer operates more than 215 stores in 21 states.
Lancaster's Blue Grove Plaza is located at 1450 Pleasant Run Rd. and is owned by Lakewood Village Joint Venture. Redbird Hill is positioned at 4241 W. Camp Wisdom Rd. Its owner of record is the BVI 4343 Camp Wisdom LP.
In another long-term deal, Jiffy Lube International has renewed a 2,190-sf lease at Pantego Auto Mall at 2105 W. Pioneer Parkway in Pantego, a small municipality abutting Arlington. Theron Bryant of Arlington's SCM Real Estate Services brokered the renewal.
