A 40,000-sf credit union branch will be the main component in the tilt-up-designed concrete structure where 85 employees will be housed. Ground-breaking is set for April with completion in December, according to the credit union's prepared statement.
Miami-based Offerle-Lerner AIA Architects and Planners designed the building.
