The borrower is D.S.O. LLC, a real estate entity formed by Susan Hopkins, president/CEO of Dynamic Security Concepts Inc. (DSCI), which has gotten a five-year, $20-million contract from the Federal Aviation Administration to provide information security services for commercial and governmental agencies. The loan is helping finance the $1.1 million acquisition of an office mall here.

The office mall being acquired currently has 10 businesses and 10 residential units. DSCI will occupy five of the units, or 5,000 sf, moving from a 1,000-sf office nearby. The remaining five business units will be leased to other technology service organizations that will support DSCI.

"This is a significant financing in several ways," according to Caren S. Franzini, executive director of the NJEDA. "It is assisting a business in fulfilling a significant assignment by the FAA, and it is assisting a woman-owned business in a high-technology field."
