"The property's location just a short commute from major thoroughfares makes it ideal for the development of an active adult community," Continental Properties partner Steven Fisch says of the $38 million project. Units will be initially priced in the $200,000 range, according to Fisch.
Continental has a number of active residential projects around the Garden State. Among them are Cedar Village at Holmdel in Holmdel; Cedar Village at Ocean, Ocean Twp.; Rolling Meadows, also in Ocean Twp.; Woodbridge Hills in Woodbridge; and Holmdel Village, Holmdel. The company is also joint-venturing Canal Walk, a 1,500-unit adult community in Franklin Twp., with Premier Homes and Garden Homes.
