The contractor's fee wasn't disclosed in the company's prepared statement. Ground-breaking is scheduled for April with completion in early 2004. The project is competing with at least six other comparable projects previously announced by other developers in the three-county market.
Unit prices at Hamptons South will be in the $700,000 to $1.3 million range for 3,160 sf to 3,900 sf of living area.
Miller & Solomon is also constructing Boca Developers' 29-story, 223-unit Peninsula Tower in Aventura; and Mizner I and II (138 total units) and Townsend Place, in Boca Raton.
