Jon Silberman and Cathleen Morgan, both of the Houston office of NAI Partners Commercial, represented LTD in the new signing at 7322 Southwest Freeway. Dalak spoke for building owner, CSFB 1998 FL1 Arena Towers LP.
In January, Silberman and Morgan brokered a 17,584-sf lease in San Antonio, where LTD is readying the stage to open a call center in Corporate Square Tower at 4801 NW Loop 410 in the northwest submarket. LTD took the space from part of a vacated 81,000 sf that housed an SBC Communications call center.
In an unrelated lease, Cornelius, Stegent & Price LLP recently leased 2,549 sf of office space at 24 Greenway Plaza in Houston. Coy Davidson of Colliers International represented the tenant and Gary Loh of Chicago-based Transwestern Commercial Services' Houston office brokered the deal for the building owner, Cool Spring Holdings LP.
