Koll Perimeter Center is a two building, 212,000 sf project of Newport Beach, CA-based Koll Development Co. DHL plans to use the space for a data center. The company also has data centers in London and Kuala Lampur, Malaysia.
Tom Adelson, Jim Fijan and Jerry Roberts, all of CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Phoenix office, brokered on Koll Development's behalf. Chris Hook represented DHL Systems.
Stuart Morkun, Koll's vice president, tells GlobeSt.com that the Perimeter Center is one of five speculative developments, accounting for more than one million sf in the Phoenix area, that the firm has going. Going forward, Morkun says the plan is to focus on adding more build-to-suit projects to its portfolio.
